TERMS &CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Farmyard Wedding Waiters (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the Client (“you”, “your”) in relation to the provision of our services.
By booking Farmyard Wedding Waiters, you agree to the following terms.

1. Social Media & Marketing
Farmyard Wedding Waiters may photograph, film, or record moments during your event for promotional and marketing purposes.

We will aim to obtain guest consent where reasonably practical.

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform all guests that photography and/or video recording may occur during the event.

Where individual consent cannot reasonably be obtained, guests (including minors) may still appear in promotional, advertising, or social media content.

By booking our services, you grant permission for Farmyard Wedding Waiters to use images and recordings featuring guest interactions with our animals across marketing, advertising, and promotional platforms.
2. Travel Fees

Events located outside the designated service radius of 100km from Pakenham South will incur an additional travel fee.

Travel fees will be calculated based on location and confirmed with the Client prior to booking confirmation.
3. Food Policy

All food supplied by the Client or third-party vendors for distribution via animal pack baskets must be individually wrapped and suitable for safe handling.

Farmyard Wedding Waiters accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or contamination of any food items supplied by the Client or third parties.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Right to Cease Services

Farmyard Wedding Waiters reserves the right to immediately cease services and leave the event if, in its sole discretion, guest behaviour or environmental conditions present any risk to the safety or welfare of animals, handlers, or equipment.

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
4.2 Weather and Environmental Conditions

Services may be paused, shortened, or cancelled due to weather or environmental conditions including, but not limited to, storms, high winds, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions.

If services are curtailed, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the portion of services not delivered.

A $500 non-refundable administration and handling fee applies.
4.3 Cancellation by Farmyard Wedding Waiters (Pre-Event)
If Farmyard Wedding Waiters cancels a booking prior to the event for any reason, including but not limited to:

Animal welfare concerns
-
Illness or injury
-
Staffing issues
-
Transport or vehicle failure
-
Unforeseen circumstance
A full refund of all monies paid will be issued to the Client.
4.4 Client Cancellation
All cancellations must be provided in writing.
Refund terms:

30 days or more prior to event: 100% refund minus $500 non-refundable administration fee

8–29 days prior to event: 75% refund minus $500 non-refundable administration fee.
Within 7 days of event: 50% refund minus $500 non-refundable administration fee
4.5 Administration Fee

A $500 non-refundable administration and handling fee applies to all cancellations.

This fee is waived only if Farmyard Wedding Waiters cancels the booking prior to the event.
5. Agreement
By confirming your booking with Farmyard Wedding Waiters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
