WHAT ABOUT THEIR POO... OR WASTE?

A: Great question (and one we get all the time!). Our gorgeous donkeys and Highland Cows wear discreet ‘Potty Bags or Bun Bags’ so any little mess is taken care of on the spot - keeping your venue clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times. We always aim to leave nothing behind but smiles.

CAN YOU STAY LONGER THAN ONE HOUR?

A: Our standard service time is one hour, which we’ve found is the perfect amount of time for your guests to enjoy drinks, pats, photos, and the full experience with our beautiful ‘wedding waiters.’ Most importantly, this ensures the comfort, wellbeing, and happiness of our animals, which is always our top priority.

WHEN DOES THE HOUR START?

A: Your hour begins from the moment our animals and handlers start serving your guests. This is active service time (with no breaks), ensuring you and your guests get the full experience during that hour.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT?

A: To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. This helps us ensure everything is perfect for your special day.
